Short version: the app keeps your data on your Mac. We don't want it and we don't collect it.
Lingyi performs all translation, speech recognition, and AI processing entirely on your device. The text you translate, the audio it hears, and your history never leave your Mac and are never sent to us or any third party. The app has no account and no analytics.
When you visit this site or download the trial, we log an anonymous record (approximate country, derived from your IP address) to understand where our users are. We do not store your IP for marketing, we don't use advertising trackers, and we never sell data. Purchases are handled by PayPal or Alipay under their own privacy policies; we only receive the email address needed to send your license key.
